One of the top areas for responsive design improvement was the Contact area of jostens.com. Seeing as up to 25% of site users were utilizing smartphones to view reciepts and email, this seemed like a logical next step.

This launched in early August 2014, but because of better routing for product inquiries to sales (rather than support or customer service), it increased cart sizes by anywhere from 3-7% for those utilizing Contact Us vs. not.
